Join us for one of two exclusive Three Valleys retreats next season.
With movement classes morning and evening, you will have the whole of each day to head up the to the world’s largest ski area, or embrace the alpine air and down time.

Our morning movement sessions will focus on activation for snow sports and walking, to ensure you head out to the slopes feeling strong and energised. The evening classes will aim to release your body from the day’s activity before relaxing your muscles in the hot tub or steam room. Classes will combine Pilates, Yoga and Myofascia Release and will be run with a relaxed approach (so no rushing back for class on a bluebird day, unless you wish to!).

In addition,  each guest will receive a one-to-one consultation with Jenna at the start of the week, to take a deep dive into their own ‘bodymap’ and assess areas to focus on throughout week.

Hosted in stunning Chalet Cerf Rouge, you will receive the fully inclusive Fish&Pips catered experience with a healthy twist. Our home for the week is in the heart of Meribel Village, sat just above the closest lifts, restaurants and bars. It offers magical views of the Valley and quick access to the Courcheval and Meribel ski areas.

FAQs

What might a day on the retreat look like?
This ski week is designed so you do (or not do!) as much as you want to.
All morning and evening movement classes are optional and skiing, additional one-to-one pilates or other activities can be added as you wish. We are planning a minimal ‘structure’, with class times flexible to suit the group/weather, so you can make the most of your time in the Mountains!

An example day for a skiing guest might look like:
7.15-8.00 Pilates ‘Power Up’ class and juice shot
8.20-8.45 Breakfast
9.00 Leave for the slopes solo or with group members
13.00 Head to meet other group members/stop for lunch
16.00 Back to chalet for one-to-one body mapping consultation with Jenna
17.15 Evening ‘Warm Down’ class
18.00 Hot tub and apres!
19.30 Dinner with group

I’m a solo traveller, can I join you?
Yes please! We have a number of solo travellers and would welcome more – we will look pair you with another guest of the same gender to share a twin room.

I’ve never skied/it’s been forever since I’ve skied, can I still come?
Of course! All snow sports are entirely optional. There are so many options in the mountains for non-skiers, whether hiking, snowshoeing, nordic, or just enjoying a few treatments, incredible food and drink, sunshine and relaxing for the week!

Will everyone know each other? What is the mix of the group?
So far, we have two lovely mixed groups developing, with varying ages, home locations and skiing ability. Most people won’t know each other, so it’s a lovely opportunity to get to know some new like minded people with the desire to enjoy a non-regimented, luxury week of self care, movement and mountains!

Can I join you with injuries/if I am pregnant?
Unfortunately, the classes will not be suitable for those who are pregnant or with disc issues. However, if you have a regular Pilates practise, please contact Jenna to discuss on 07700 770021 or email lunapilates@icloud.com

How can I arrange my ski pass, hire, transfers, treatments, etc?
The cost of the retreat includes a concierge service to arrange all of these for you. Upon paying your deposit, you will be out in touch with them.
